DETAILS
Challenge your body to improve your balance, strength, and mobility. Jeannette will safely guide you as we build on the fundamentals, informing you of modifications to best suit your body. All levels are welcome to all classes. All classes change themes and utilize various props. Props are optional.

TIPS
Please have at the ready any of your favorite props (props not necessary)… Including a small hand towel folded up for under your head when lying on your back OR under your hip bones when lying on your stomach.

Safety first … I am your guide but as we move, do what feels right for your body. If needed, modify the moves or take the time to prop up what you need to prop up or even omit a particular exercise. Challenge yourself but listen and respect what your body tells you.
Take little breaks as needed and re-join the class if necessary, maybe just hold a particular pose. Please be gentle yet strong and let’s have some fun!
