NEED PROPS?

You can find them online at Balanced Body or O.P.T.P. Locally you can often find stuff (including weights) at Play It Again Sports, Target, or Marshalls.

TIPS

  • Please have at the ready any of your favorite props... Including a small hand towel folded up for your head or hip bones when lying on your stomach or back.

  • Safety First. Remember to modify every pose if needed. Do what feels right to your body. Take the time to prop what you need to prop up.

  • Take breaks and re-join the class when you can. Maybe just hold a particular pose. Be gentle with yourself.
